My contributions have extended to spearheading the creation of both instructor-led and online learning experiences for product solutions and customer support, ensuring the highest standards of quality and engagement. 

As a technical training specialist, I've delivered professional training in diverse settings, spanning in-person classroom sessions, on-location training, and virtual workshops. My proficiency also extends into a consulting role as an Instructional Designer and Developer. With meticulous attention to detail, I craft engaging and interactive visual design elements that enhance the overall user experience.
